优点：
前台员工很棒，特别是 Sree 和 Sunday，他们高效地解决了问题。
位置很好，尤其是对于乘坐伊丽莎白线往返希思罗机场的旅客来说。房间大小选择多样。酒店新且干净。
缺点：
房间里没有电热水壶。需要到一楼的咖啡机那里接热水。水是免费的，但咖啡不是。
我预订了一间头等舱房间，但系统给我安排了一间位于一楼没有窗户的房间。由于我很忙，前两天就将就住了。后来不得不换房间。
头等舱房间很宽敞，但其他房间都偏小。
位置很好，离地铁站很近。虽然知道是胶囊酒店，但房间真的很小。房间里还发现了几只小蚂蚁。

工作人员非常热情，态度很好

位置方便，所在区域比较安静。住在伦敦的朋友说这片算是富人区，所以应该治安比较好
缺点
房间太小了！比预定的时候看的图片要小很多，感觉像是被骗了。我的大号旅行箱都没办法摊开拿东西
没有拖鞋、护发素、牙刷牙膏、洗衣房，不过这些在欧洲都正常。英国的水洗了头发特别干，所以建议还是自己带护发素比较好
这是一家很棒的小型酒店，提供了一切必需的设施。
酒店位置绝佳，位于伦敦市中心，靠近圣保罗大教堂，交通也十分便利。
我们在这里吃了早餐和午餐，无论从质量还是分量来看都非常棒。
大部分员工也都非常称职且乐于助人。
唯一的缺点是啤酒不够冰，更像是室温的。而机器冲泡的茶和咖啡也不够热，温温的。
还算不错的酒店，第二次住了。房间有点挤，整体还算满意
非常干净清新。位置也很方便，容易找到。
这家酒店非常好，地处法灵顿中心地带，非常干净。早餐很棒，还有一个很不错的区域可以工作。
酒店地理位置极佳，靠近地铁站和火车站，周边商铺林立。房间舒适，适合短暂停留。值得推荐。
位置绝佳，房间异常安静，床也很舒服，下次还会再来。
