Our heat source went out and took a little longer to get back up and going than we had anticipated. I also want to apologize about the garbage outside of the laundry chute, that is certainly not up to our standards and will be addressed immediately. Now that we are under new ownership/management, we are doing a renovation this fall and hope you will give us another chance in the future to see all of the wonderful updates we are going to be making.

We have been traveling for 6 days now over 5 states and Canada and this is the best one yet! Very clean and spacious, full breakfast, complimentary water, you name it.Excellent hotel with an excellent price

Definitely in need of an update. We've stayed here often, but this is the first time I noticed how worn it has become. Staff was great, but I think we'll be looking elsewhere next time.

The hotel is extremely outdated and worn down, clearly in need of renovation. It’s also located right on a busy, noisy road, making quiet rest impossible. Our room had a strong chemical smell that made it hard to breathe comfortably. On top of that, the customer service was indifferent and unhelpful. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and not worth the price.

Breakfast full of unhealthy junk .
Not impressed .
But to top it off security is lacking . I forgot my key in my room and the fellow on duty just gave me a new key!!! No asking my name or for ID! Just believed me it was my room! So basically anyone could come in and say the same and enter someone’s room and steal !!! Wow !

Why is everyone giving this hotel good reviews?
Our first room had stains all over the floors. Brown creepy splatters on the wall by the bed (I was too afraid to consider it chocolate). Furniture chipped, scratched and dingy.
Asked for another room, the clerk was graceful. Next room was somewhat cleaner, with a big burn mark on the luggage bench, chipped, dingy furniture. Mattress exposed was stained, sheets clean, but stained. Pool area was filthy. The only decent part was breakfast. Please rate hotels appropriately! I use those ratings when choosing my hotel and was disappointed to say the least!

Halls and stairwells were dirty. Overcharged me again after checkout. I think this was my last time staying there.

Good hotel, good value
Good hotel. No frills but just what we needed. However, do not plan on using the sofa bed if you get one of those rooms. It was beyond uncomfortable. Just terrible. I maybe slept 2 -3 hours at best. Also, when I opened the sofa bed there were Doritos on the mattress. There was no soap for the sink which was odd so we used the shower gel from the shower instead. Close to UND campus which is what we needed. Service was great and staff is very friendly.
