Our heat source went out and took a little longer to get back up and going than we had anticipated. I also want to apologize about the garbage outside of the laundry chute, that is certainly not up to our standards and will be addressed immediately. Now that we are under new ownership/management, we are doing a renovation this fall and hope you will give us another chance in the future to see all of the wonderful updates we are going to be making.

Room was in poor shape, dangerous slippery bathtub. Never stay there again to many nicer places to stay for the same price

The sheets had orange food stains and pet hair. The bathroom floor was brown with dirt in the corner. The shower drain would not stay open. The remote control did not turn the TV on or off.

Room was OK except bathtub didn't drain properly. Hallways and stairwells were in serious need of vacuuming. But room was quiet, bed was comfortable.

The breakfast is awful. It was very nice to have coffee available all the time. Our room was small but clean. However, the TV did not work at all and I had to fiddle and fix it myself. Although the front desk staff were as helpful as they were able to be, management never bothered to even apologize let alone do anything to make it right

The room was cleanish, there was stuff under the chair, but the bedding was clean. The lighting was horrible, had to use my phone flashlight to read. The staff was nice.

Firstly, the room we stayed in is not the same as photoed online. But it was close enough, and we were tired from our long drive, so I didn't say anything. When it comes to cleanliness, the carpet is disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. You need to bring a pair of slippers just to be safe. My daughter took her socks off (toddler), and a few moments later, her feet were black. Yes, black. Our socks were black as well. Everything else seemed okay for sanitation. For comfort, the pillows are awful. Flat as pancakes. The mattress was decent. The service wasn't the best. I called for towels and never received them. I had to get them myself. The staff were not that friendly except for one guy toward the end of our stay. Overall, okay. Definitely not great.

I thought the breakfast options were plentiful and the dining area was well maintained by staff. Rooms were fairly comfortable with modern decor.
The one issue I encountered was that one of the automated sliding doors at the front entrance wasn't working when I arrived. This issue seemed to have been resolved by the time I left the next morning.

Ok hotel. Friendly service, I stayed 2 nights and the room wasn’t cleaned at all.
Breakfast is good, but today at 9 am nothing was left and no refills done. People coming down for breakfast and left disappointed
