前台的服务很好，可以寄存行李，酒店入口处很有设计感。deluxe的面积挺大的，房间干净。这次被分配到九楼，有两个窗子，景色很棒！隔音不错，枕头有好几款（硬的软的都有）、可以挑一个喜欢的睡，房间里有桌子、很方便。位置也很好，楼下有便利店，距离地铁站和公交车站都非常近，性价比很高。不提供瓶装水，但是四楼就有饮料贩卖机。空调的风不是很热，所以要多开一会才可以（朋友的普通房型似乎没有这个问题）。总体来说非常满意，性价比很高，感觉入住率也比较高所以很有安全感。
非常标准的fresa inn，有会员可以2点入住12点退房。房间一个人住绰绰有余，备品齐全啥都有。服务人员英语都还可以，甚至有台式翻译机。
出门右转就是四条地铁四号口，电梯🛗口相当方便。出门左转就是大丸百货。去大阪可以直接搭乘阪急电车，不用再去京都站。

一进酒店大门就闻到一股臭抹布的味道，一直到二楼的大厅都能闻到；酒店房间很小，同样能闻到臭味，想要打开窗散散臭，但是必须要向前台借钥匙才能打开，打开之后发现楼下是一家饭店后厨，油烟味儿一直往上窜；卫生就不多说了，枕头里面有一根不知道人什么部位的毛，图在下面自己看吧。
豪华双人间是边套，但是面积还可以，一米六的床也不小。红叶季性价比低但是胜在地理位置好，去哪个景点都很方便。门口有711，附近夜宵也很多。
很整洁的房间，没想到空间这么大。这个价格在京都真的很合理了。出门就是乌丸四条去哪里都方便。一大早可以去鸭川跑步的～2楼checkin 可以自助，有洗护产品可以拿，对我大油脸来说洗的很干净！喜欢
地理位置极佳，地铁出来走几分钟就到达，闹中取静，早餐也很不错，品种很丰富，二楼洗漱用品齐全，十分周到。
房间比较小，两个人的行李箱打开都局促，红叶季也不便宜，1000出头一晚，不含早餐，性价比一般，感觉也就5-600的价格
在京都市中心，超级安静干净，楼下交通方便，有便利店可以买东西，前台的工作人员都非常热情耐心！走路就能到繁华的商业街、八坂神社，非常适合走走停停地逛街，下次来京都还会再来住的！
房间比较小，但是东西很全，护肤的洁面的都可以去2楼拿。地理位置很优越，离公交站和地铁站都巨近，可以走路去逛街，楼下几十米就有个711。
京都市中心的酒店，位置很好，去哪里都很方便，周边也有很多吃的。楼下不远有个711，但是很遗憾不卖关东煮。机器办理入住和退房很方便，前台的英文挺好的。房间面积比东京的大了很多，转角的房间视野也非常好。这次日本行去了东京、京都和大阪，对于京都的酒店是最满意的。如果下次来京都，肯定还会考虑这家酒店。
