位置很好，离京都站八条口步行大概七八分钟。前台小姐姐服务热情，关键是英语很不错，可以无痛交流。房间算宽敞，可以轻松打开行李箱。卫生干净整洁。住的很满意。
酒店在八条东口，看见麦当劳过马路就是。楼下有便利店，早餐品质丰富，推荐吃，办理入住时可购买早餐 ，机器自助办理。卫生间算大的。有一个问题，我住520房间，浴缸漏水。如果只淋雨问题不大；如果泡澡，尽管水没超过浴缸里的水位处，也漏水。一迈出来，水没脚脖子。穿好衣服准备找前台，这儿功夫，水就渗下去了，地面地巾湿湿的。想着住两天也就懒得换了。不知道其他房间如何。还有就是：京都站西口出来，先走南北通道，再找东八条。如果想西对面就是东，那就在那绕圈子吧，这是绕了40多分钟人的教训。酒店如果能跟车站建议，有个东八条出口的标识牌，那去酒店就更方便了。
房间较小，不过考虑这个在京都站旁，且价格都比周围贵的情况下，还是可以理解。能放下2个24寸行李箱展开。早饭必须要试试，很好吃而且种类很多，距离车站要走8分钟吧。周围的饭店不多，但也有。洗护小样充足，洗澡水压充足，环境卫生都还可以。如果价格合适，这家可以考虑。
酒店位置极佳，距离京都大巴车站仅需2分钟路程，非常非常方便！
服务：前台服务非常好，热情周到！
卫生：卫生状况良好，入住期间到处打理的都很干净～
早餐：自助早餐超级丰富啊而且味道也很不错～强烈建议入住期间加上早餐！前台自助机可以随时买早餐券，很方便！
酒店在京都站附近，楼下有罗森，走几十米就有百货公司、餐厅，百货公司内有堂吉柯德和百元店。酒店房间有点小，但是设施齐全和干净。
酒店卫生设施完善舒适温馨，环境优美。服务态度非常满意亲切周到。离車站很近七，八分钟，非常便利。非常满意的一次住宿体验。

酒店位置一流，京都车站步行几分钟就好，机场又有机场巴士直达，超方便，就是房间不算大，但一个人住还算可以的，周围各大商场，买什么都很方便
酒店位置非常好，离京都站很近，出行很方便。酒店前台工作人员态度很好，英语流利，沟通十分顺畅。酒店大堂有一次性用品提供，酒店的睡衣非常好穿，面料很舒服！下次如果再来京都玩，一定会再次选择入住这里的。
这个酒店最大的优势是地理位置好，从京都站八条东出口出来，走5分钟就到了，房间整洁卫生，服务热情，早餐也还不错，就是有些日式的饭菜吃着不太习惯。总之，是一家值得推荐的酒店。
位置不错，机场巴士下来很近，旁边就是便利店，再走几步还有个MALL里面有几家餐饮店和堂吉诃德。早饭也还行。
房间不大就是日本商务酒店的标配，小归小，该有的都有。
去清水寺的公交就在对面，很方便。
