It was very convenient and close to the Airport. Room was clean, yet needs a new coffee pot. Housekeeping kept up with clean linen! Shower was HOT, and lots of pressure! No complementary breakfast, but coffee. Seemed more like apartment living than a Hotel. Very affordable, though it was included in a package deal with round trip tickets from Maine to San Antonio, TX.

酒店很干净,员工友好,房间宽敞舒适,奇怪的是没有早餐,但咖啡是免费的,味道很好。唯一的问题是安全,我们住的第一个晚上的第二天早上,我的车和旁边的另一辆车被撬了,窗户也被打破了,但没有东西被拿走,前台和警察告诉我他们正在寻找武器和目标皮卡,花了整个下午寻找更换窗户的地方,然后第二天晚上每小时都去停车场一次,直到凌晨 1 点,检查停车场,早上前台说现在这种情况很常见,把车开着可能会更方便。我知道这种事在圣安东尼奥市的酒店和餐馆里经常发生,但是如果有保安帮忙的话会更好,因为酒店周围没有围栏。

冰箱噪音极大,房间里的电源经常断电,电视频道有限,没有儿童娱乐设施,厨房没有热水,浴缸很脏,酒店工作人员甚至不愿意提供额外的毯子。他们不提供早餐!
入住人员态度很差,房间里弥漫着难闻的气味。不用说,我提前退房了,那个不友好的人还提醒我她还得全款。我再也不会住那里了。
