The Room is ok, they offer a clean and safe place where you can rest if you need to be near the airport the location is very convenient l, they offer free shuttle, the gentleman at the front desk is extremely kind, helpful and nice. We actually booked a shuttle to the airport at 5 am, they took us there, however , our plane was late , so I called him back to see if he could pick me up again and bring me back to the hotel until my rescheduled flight would depart , they didnt have a problem helping us back, we were super grateful. They offer free coffee and a great service.

Let me first say the gentleman that checked me in was very kind and professional. Even when i called front desk because the people above me let their children run and stomp through the room, that was handled, and I was appreciative. What I did NOT appreciate was the roaches! Also, the air conditioning not working properly. I was creeped out. By this being a business trip and i didn't have time to find another hotel. When asked for a refund after management was told, they refused. Greed and a lack of care for your paying customers will be tge downfall. I'm just trying to be made whole with some accountability. They know they have roaches! And since they don't care, I'm sure the Board of Health will. Roaches are nasty and carry diseases. Shame on you! I do not recommend this hotel. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Room was pretty clean! The canteen was a nice feature had pretty much everything you need. Staff was curtious and helpful. Only thing was I had to go to front desk for clean towels and toilet paper.

Nice staff but the room smelled really bad all 3 days we were there, the toilet seat looked like it was from 1995 (very old and worn), walls were dirty, bath tub was dirty. Kitchen was nice.
