My husband and I stayed at your hotel for our anniversary, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing due to ongoing air conditioning issues.
When we arrived, our room temperature was 79°F. We set the thermostat to 68°F and waited about 30 minutes, but the temperature did not change. We then lowered it to 65°F, but although the thermostat displayed 65°F, the room remained uncomfortably warm.
We contacted the front desk and were told that the unit was an “eco AC” system that required time and movement to cool. We understand that, but if the thermostat is incorrectly reading the room temperature, it cannot properly regulate the air. The only solution offered at the time was a fan.
After another hour and a half without improvement, I still couldn’t sleep especially uncomfortable since I’m wearing a medical boot. We left the room for a while to cool off and returned just before 1:00 a.m, but it was still hot. I called the front desk again and requested a new room, because I can’t sleep. The new room was somewhat better it was warm (75 degrees) but the temperature began to drop within 15 mins. This experience was extremely disappointing, particularly on what was meant to be a special occasion for us. We pick this hotel for the reviews and not the price. I would have rather stayed in a cheaper hotel where the A/C worked or the front desk move use immediately rather having to sit for hour before moving.

The staff at the front desk was very nice the Cleanliness was below 0 and when whom ever came to clean the room to remove dirty blankets that had blood snot and what ever else that was all over the bed they didn’t even bother to leave a clean towel or take the dirty ones.

The staff was helpful and courteous! Breakfast was amazing and plenty of choices to choose from. Our room was clean and comfortable.

The Hotel refused to refund and hotels said nothing they could do.
