The property is super clean and the staf was very friendly. The breakfast was the best i have had for a very long time. There is good shopping withing walking distance. The lake view is nice.

Bathroom is unkept and dirty. Bathtub needs caulk and the corners of the bathroom were disgusting. 5:30am kids yelling dogs barking doors slamming…not impressed for the money!

My stay was perfect. It was quiet and peaceful. The king size bed was so comfortable! I just walked a few feet to grab a bite to eat and a beer. Very nice stay!

Best hitel in Sioux Falls. We will not stay anywhere else. So clean and bueatiful property.

This hotel is just 5 years old and feels like new. Our room was fairly spacious and well designed … And certainly comfortable. The location is well sited, and close to the freeway. We could drive into the historic downtown retail core within about 10 minutes. We truly enjoyed our stay here, and really liked Sioux Falls.

Great place, comfortable and pleasant. My only complaint is that breakfast only went until 9 a.m. Thinking it was 9:30, we cam down right at nine only to be told it was over--but they kindly allowed us to help ourselves to whatever was left (which was pretty much everything except the hot options).
