卫生很干净 ,用了过滤花洒,过滤纸基本无污染,酒店的早餐种类也很多,味道很好,顶楼的露天泳池很棒,环境很优美,入住期间小朋友玩的很开心。
早上6点多到酒店,想问问几点能入住,前台说下午3点,我非常的困,想再开一间房,前台说只有一个套房,人名币要2400,算是给我升房了,后面几天大床房也住在这个套房里。我觉得OK,就办理了入住,请看房间的图片,就是一间普通的大床房,不同的地方是房间还有一个门,打不开,里面是木头把另外一间房隔开,旁边咳嗽都能听见!而且很害怕里面有通道,堵上了桌子,我很难相信这是希尔顿酒店。另外入住期间毛巾里打开有一柳头发,不是一根。床上枕头有个弯曲的毛发。这是希尔顿吗?太无语了
酒店不在海边,但是从房间可以看到海,城市里的还也有有围栏的,还是要去海边浮潜或玩耍。酒店中规中矩,会只有一个会中文的工作人员,几乎都不会说。早餐还凑合,就是蔬菜很少,冷气很足,周围吃的和离主街也不远。
一点半左右到酒店被告知还不能办理入住,那先办理了护照登记存行李,说一会儿行李会帮我们推到房间。出去吃饭溜达了一圈回酒店三点半左右到前台还被告知找不到我的预定,我说之前都登记过了,随后告知房间登记在我老公名下,所以我的姓名没找到,可问题啊我们全家的护照他们都登记过了呀。然后幺蛾子来了,说房间没有打扫好。我回复已经远过了入住时间,而且这是酒店的问题。最后帮我们升级了房间。 房间还可以,也按照我们的亲子房要求安排工作人员来布置了沙发床。刚想休息上了个厕所,冲水正常按了下墙上的按钮,好了嘛,整块冲水按钮盖掉下来,吓了一大跳。 这个设备也太差了吧。洗澡那个热水也放不出来,最后也是叫了工作人员来解决,因为他们的淋浴按钮设计实在是反人类。以为这就完了?临走还有惊喜。退房后小朋友小天才手表找不到了,看了下定位在酒店,去前台询问,说没有找到手表。我给他看手表定位,就在我们酒店以及楼层也显示了。然后工作人员带我们去房间找,也没找到。最后我让他们找保洁员,然后果然在保洁员手上。可问题是为啥保洁员找到手表不第一时间上报? 要是没有小天才定位,有理也说不清,万幸找回了。
补充:酒店泳池在顶楼,有点小(和香格里拉差距甚远)。
由于前一晚睡的太差,第二天早饭都没吃的下,早上迷迷糊糊又眯了会,11点出门吃饭回来找到前台要求更换房间,前台换了个帅哥,问了下是为什么要求换房间,我们说是太吵了,他问是什么样的吵闹声,我们说是车辆,他说好的,但是要三点后房间打扫完才能更换。等吧能怎么办,后来换到了7楼,外面是停车场,房间小了点带有点霉味,但是很安静,备受折磨的我们晚上八九点就睡着了,但是浪费掉了整整一天的时间。顶楼的泳池还算chill,特别是傍晚,温度适宜风微微。
第一晚从新加坡到哥打京那巴鲁飞机晚点,到酒店已经十点多了,先办理了入住就带孩子出门吃饭,回酒店靠12点了,发现这个房间非常吵,楼层低玻璃薄,不隔音,
晚上有那种鬼火摩托车炸街的声音,boom!boom!boom!不停歇的,但是太累了我实在不愿意下楼更换房间,迷迷糊糊睡着了,我老公一晚没睡,以至于第二天的行程全部泡汤。前台那个办理入住的女的为什么那么坏,这么吵的房间肯定不是第一次有客户反映过,这么晚到店还给安排个这样的,黑了心肝了!!我要投诉她!
设施:还是不错的,市区的酒店算是很好了,吃东西逛街都挺方便的。
卫生:卫生方面第一天还是很好的,只是没有想到住了三天,居然只打扫了一次卫生,水都是自己要的。不过倒是一要就给了。还有就是房间保险柜没有电池了不能使用,第一天发现就通知酒店了,居然离开的时候都是坏的,只有每天带着自己的护照走来走去的。
环境:环境还是挺好的,有自己的游泳池,还有干净的毛巾使用。
服务:服务人员态度很好,笑脸相迎,主动打招呼,就是不知道为什么和亲台反应的保险柜的问题,说OK了,一直没有人来处理。
位置还可以,大茄来和Borenos炸鸡就在后面,离加雅街一公里左右,步行过去也不是不行。就是旁边是间小学,建议错开中午打车出行,因为赶上放学会很堵车。
早餐的面包品种都很好,种类也还可以。需要注意的是,办理入住时工作人员可能搞不清你的订单是否已经支付了旅游稅,建议提前把订单中已支付旅游稅的字样截图出来。
非常不错的酒店,位置在市中心加雅街附近,设施很不错,该有的都有,空中游泳池,健身中心,各种运动器材,早餐很丰盛,出行便利,离跳岛码头也很近
房间干净整洁、床品舒适,这次订了行政房,行政酒廊餐食很棒,每天还会有少量更换,很适合白天出海晚上回来补充能量,早餐也很棒,还有手工拉茶非常正宗
