The manager has been awfully ruthless towards me and my family. We lost 10k on this shady hotel which has nothing but misleading images of rooms and absolutely no empathy or care for their guests. They did not have a telephone,room service,unclean washroom, dusty linen, an elevator that doesn’t even fit a wheelchair carrying an elderly and frequent power cuts. Please be careful before booking through third party sites like Agoda etc. This hotel is a total disaster! Do not be fooled by the images online.

Very nice staff and a very nice hotel. Enjoyed my stay at the King's Crown Hotel. Amresh ji, the head of the staff, was especially kind and accommodating. If you go to Kolkata Salt Lake, I definitely recommend staying at the King's Crown Hotel.
