Was not what I expected for 203 usd the night
Bathroom could be better in cleas aspects
The bottle of water provided looks like re-filled not new
Parking was so far from the lobby it was ranining so we get wet

My weekend business stay from Fri-Sun this past weekend was excellent. I appreciate the free parking, clean room, luxurious mattress, and great customer service. Will stay there again if I ever visit Denver again.

The blankets are way too starchy. Felt like we were sleeping on napkins ! The mattress was so hard! The bathroom electric outlet did not work! As well as the hairdryer did not work no matter which outlet in the room I plugged it in. The cordless phone beeped all night and woke us up at 3am the first night we arrived!

We’ve also adjusted our linen process with our laundry partners to reduce stiffness and added extra spot-checks. From check in to check out, our experience was good. The room was clean, bed comfortable and our floor was quiet. We were suprised by the $15/day fee for parking in a non secured parking garage. Considering the area, we were satisfied with the convenience to park in the covered garage and pay the fee. Walking distance to medical campus was convenient. Kudos to Jamie who was super helpful at check in. With our extended stay, we utilized the laundry area and found it to be super clean and economical. If you need to stay near the medical campus, this is your place.

Had a distinct odor in the room. Choices in parking are valet on the street right in front of the hotel for $49 or a free garage 3 blocks away in a not particularly safe neighborhood.

办理入住时，前台工作人员不太友好。我去了泳池，却发现里面挤满了人，我猜是工作人员的家人/朋友。在我们待在那里的大约30分钟里，工作人员两次来到泳池，和这位朋友闲聊，期间他们使用了一些不恰当且带有贬损性的语言。而且，泳池里没有毛巾，垃圾桶也堆满了。
早餐很美味，房间干净宽敞。
不过酒店周围什么都没有，所以我没能吃晚饭，也没有在酒店周围散步。
