We stayed for one night on our way to Kentucky. What a happy accident. Kay was so sweet. The hotel was clean and probably most comfortable bed. Good choice for breakfast.

The front desk clerk, Kay, made us feel very welcomed. She greeted us each time we came through the lobby. A lovely person and very pleasant to be around.

I had a very stressful travel day but when I got to the hotel your front desk receptionist changed my day. Marsha was kind, efficient and a warm and welcoming presence. Exceptional!!!!

This hotel was a true pleasure to stay at! Situated on historic Main Street in St. Charles it allowed convenient access to the many wonderful shops, restaurants, and nightlife on Main Street.

When we got there, they told us that there was a housekeeping issue and they had no room for us. They sent us to another hotel in the area and didn’t even bother to call which either is extremely rude or shows poor management.

This is a great place to stay. Parking is free and covered. Within easy walking distance are some fun restaurants with excellent food and outdoor eating. Staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
