干净卫生,出行方便
这里舒适又干净。地理位置很好,离商店和市场都很近。
第一个晚上,无论我们把恒温器调到多少度,房间的温度都降不到74-75华氏度以下。第二天我们外出了一整天。我把这个问题告诉了工作人员,他们说会解决。等我们深夜回来时,发现问题并没有解决,反而更热了,而且空调柜门大开,关不上。客房服务也从没来打扫过我们的房间。第二天早上我再次投诉时,被告知酒店的空调系统设计成只有房间内有人活动时才会启动。我澄清说:“所以当我睡在床上不动的时候,它就没用是吗?”她回答说:“是的,就是这样。”这简直太荒谬了。不过,最终在第二天之后,空调奇迹般地修好了,客房服务也终于来了。
我住的房间很棒,空间足够我们住。但除此之外,其他方面都很糟糕!送毛巾到房间要等很久,泳池区也没有毛巾。泳池很小,而且里面很暗。零食选择不多,我连一台自动售货机都没看到。酒吧也和想象中的不太一样。总的来说,住一晚还可以,但如果要住多晚,我建议去对面的希尔顿逸林酒店。
工作人员非常专业且彬彬有礼。然而,电梯坏了,他们只提供5楼的房间。后来他们给我安排了2楼的房间,因为我要去参加葬礼,没有时间换房间,所以我接受了。电梯到早上仍然没有修好,正如他们之前承诺的那样。房间里缺少一些基本用品,比如洗手液。酒店很干净。
下午5点半,我在机场租车公司的摆渡车上接到电话。他们告诉我电梯坏了,我的房间在4楼或6楼。我问他们这样可以吗?这么临时的情况该怎么处理?我当时想,也许是临时出了点问题。结果根本不是!电梯已经坏了两个星期了!他们本来可以给我充足的时间改签,却一直拖到我实在没办法才通知我。房间也不是很干净。这次入住体验非常糟糕,而且本来是可以避免的。
整体入住体验还可以,我通常来芝加哥都会预订这家酒店,但是因为早餐不再免费了,我觉得没必要再预订了。
服务非常好,关注度极高,一切都非常干净
我被重复收费了,他们却不肯退款。
