Not at all as advertised. We were supposed to have a king suite with full kitchen. The kitchen was completely empty. Not one thing was provided. No COFFEE pot. Empty cupboards, empty drawers. No coffee in the whole building. They said excuse our construction the lobby , but there was just an employee break room used for our check in.

July 19th, 2025. What a horrible property. We knew there was construction going on when we booked but didn't know that we'd be in the midst of it. The middle of our hall had a curtain, as though construction was going on at the far end and this was supposed to be a barrier. A curtain, not plastic. Whatever contaminants were stirred up at that end were through the whole corridor. Nothing was sealed off. And first thing Sunday morning, work started in the room next to ours. There was no apparent attempt to clean after the days work. The elevator and hall were filthy and strewn with construction materials. Rooms that had been gutted were open up and down the hall. There was no security so anyone could access the building and be in one of those rooms. There was a tooth flossing device laying on the carpet amongst the debris. A very third world vibe. The room was dirty. A metal panel in the ceiling was hanging open. As an “extended stay” property, there was nothing of any sort in any of the drawers in the kitchen. Not a plate, utensil, or cup. Not a pot or pan. False advertising regarding that aspect. The top of the refrigerator, which was at eye height, was filthy. The curtain on one of the two windows was half opened and could not be moved (open or closed) so we were in full view of the parking lot. The closet, which was a simple open space across from where the bathroom sink was, had not a single hanger for clothes. The bathroom door was half open and could not be opened further. It was wedged up against the floor. To get in the bathroom, you had to squeeze around the door and over the toilet. The bathroom floor was filthy, as well. I’ve reached out to the property twice about some sort of compensation and have only received a “thank you for your feedback” automated response. Clearly no one there gives a damn. Steer clear at all cost.

The staff were great and the shuttle driver, Jimmy, went out of his way to accommodate me when I gave him the wrong drop-off location. The room was also very comfortable and clean!

This hotel is under very serious renovations!
Noise daily 8A - 6P! Lots of noise!
The lobby was closed, the fitness center was closed, all of the first & second floors are under renovations.
Only the third floor was operational.
Our extended stay room had no coffee maker, no dishes or cookware, not even disposable cups. No hangers!
It should not be open!
The bathroom sink leaked.
There were bugs in the room.
They should have offered a refund of some sort.
Will never stay there again!
Why wasn’t this not communicated when we were selecting our stay.
How can this property be on your site!
This makes me not trust *******!

Shops and restaurants nearby, construction on-site so parking near door entrance is limited. Very sore site to see when pulling up & not knowing theyre under construction. Initially, thought it was closed. So really annoying that it was just dirty looking & i wasnt aware of any construction. the halls filled with dust and elevators really dirty, the Temporary main entrance door filled with grim and filth which look like its always that way despite construction. It says 8a yo 6p construction but at 7p guys were blocking entrance repairing ceiling which a lot of tiles are missing. Actual room was nice & did look updated, did have fridge & countertop stove but no pots, pans, plates, utensils, nothing. It has potential but i wouldve never chosen this place had i known it was under construction & feeling like i was in a $30 motel. This was a special anniversary for an out of town-er so based on occasion & knowing it was construction i wouldve opted for something that was more clean & visually appealing. I just think they should warn ppl prior to booking. So if youre asthma free, dont mind a motel vibe, cpuld care less about the vibe pulling up & walking through, or a room with countertop stove but nothing to cook in or with but pay as if everything is normal & on point this is your place. Anyone with allergies to dust. Asthma or planning A place with good vibes, clean hallways & items you can use for countertop stove. Make sure the construction is done if not keep going.

The first room we were put in was disgusting. ***** hair all over the bathroom floor, there were leftovers in the freezer so it was clear the room was not cleaned thoroughly. The room smelled STRONGLY like cigarettes. We were not notified about the ongoing construction of the lobby and other floors of the building, which was inconsiderate. The first phone conversations with hotel staff were rude and once again inconsiderate.

Them white bedsheets were terrible. They had urine stains, blood stains just disgusting. I didn’t even wait for checkout time. We got a little bit of sleep and left.

My stay was absolutely everything that I wanted it to be despite the renovations that are taking place within the facility. The service was still amazing. There was great customer service from the front desks to the housekeeping staff. I am visiting from california and I already have a made up mind that when I return to cleveland this is where I'll stay

性价比很高。我们订的是带小厨房的大床套房。浴室水槽的水流非常小，几乎没法用，不过好在厨房水槽是完全正常的。我们刚入住时马桶冲水把手是坏的，但跟他们说了之后很快就修好了。床垫还算舒服。前台工作人员大部分时间都很周到。提供锅碗瓢盆、餐具、切菜板等厨具借用，这点很不错。不过，我有个炉灶怎么也打不着火。房间还算干净，但可以再升级一下。电梯很脏，里面到处都是垃圾和灰尘。洗衣设施不错，有很多状况良好的洗衣机和烘干机。健身房很小，但还行。没有哑铃，只有椭圆机、跑步机和动感单车。不过它是24小时开放的，这点很棒。另外，他们宣传有早餐，但实际上早上只有难喝的咖啡，而且很快就没了。
酒店正准备装修，有点乱，也不算干净。前台还是不错的，我比较早到，他们不需要我加钱就让我入住了，还是挺满意的。
