最糟糕的酒店体验
入住手续办理得还不错,酒店代表非常友好,但她没有告知我们酒店大院(就在我们房间外面)正在进行的施工,更糟糕的是,凌晨 2 点左右酒店发生了火灾,导致酒店紧急疏散,这段时间酒店代表一直没有出现,所以我们只能拿着钥匙回房间……
房间简直恶心极了。一出电梯就闻到一股怪味。浴缸脏兮兮的,看起来像是长了霉。浴帘杆都挂在墙上了。所谓的“干净”毛巾根本就不干净。洗手池里满是污渍。地毯被撕破了,摸起来很脏。唯一让我们没有离开,也没有打算另找住处的原因,就是床单很干净。
我与酒店员工的互动并不多,但他们彬彬有礼、专业敬业,没有什么问题需要报告。
遗憾的是,酒店的状况令人非常失望。走廊明显很脏,而且有难闻的气味,尤其是在晚上。这严重影响了我们的住宿体验。
我和家人一起旅行,他们对这次体验同样不满意,对我选择这家酒店感到失望。弥漫的难闻气味是我旅行中从未遇到过的,酒店急需彻底翻新。
而且,不知何故,我住进了酒店里最差的房间。我永远不会再来,也不会推荐这家酒店。
我真不知道他们是怎么经营的。整个走道都臭气熏天,一股垃圾味儿。走廊的地毯脏兮兮的。房间里的电器都快散架了。我住的房间门铰链都坏了。感觉真是浪费钱。
那里的工作人员非常热情友好。酒店本身非常破旧肮脏。绝对需要大量翻新。感觉就像住汽车旅馆一样。我不会再来了。
房间还可以,但厨房空空如也,冰箱外面脏得要命,浴室状况更是糟糕透顶。浴室天花板连续三天都漏水。
房间有点旧了,这还好,但浴室很脏。淋浴间的水泥浆里有很多黑点。太糟糕了,我甚至都没洗澡。
合理的
清洁工作本身有些不尽如人意。毛巾上、浴缸壁上都有头发。没有餐具、平底锅和玻璃器皿等厨房基本用具。
