Great stay at this hotel. Staff were generally helpful although housekeeping didn't come every day. I requested they come but had to call downstairs twice for this to happen. Even then they didn't do a full service and seemed quite surprised to be asked to take away trash and towels etc. The restaurant menu was small and opening hours quite restricted so we didn't eat at the hotel many times. Lots of good local options but would have been good to feel like there was a breakfast buffet available for ease. The facilities were great - lovely room, very spacious. The gym was good. There was a kitchenette in my suite but no microwave or cutlery/crockery beyond coffee cups and water glasses - this would have been a good addition. Also no dish soap or sponge provided which we've had in other hotels. Not essential but just makes the trip a little smoother. Overall - great experience but just a few small things that could be improved.

Really lovely stay at this hotel, got checked in and parked up super quickly and within 10 mins was at the gorgeous roof top pool! The bar staff were lovely and efficient, working so hard in the heat to deliver to the sunbed. The rooms were spotlessly clean and stylish. Would not hesitate to return if I am ever (hopefully) in Phoenix again!!! Thank you

Room was cool AC, clean, spacious. Great room. Nice hotel. Food options on site in my opinion wasn’t the best but also very nice to have the options available. Pool was tiny but least it’s roof top with lots of seating around. I appreciate it stays open later.

This was my first time staying at this hotel and it was great. My husband and I did our anniversary here for one night and we definitely enjoyed our time. Hung out on the rooftop and enjoyed the pool and drinks. Went to dinner close by and checked out all the shops. The room was very clean and a decent size. Staff was super friendly from the moment we got there. The only thing I didn’t like was having to pay $25 for parking. It did keep our car out of the sun and it was down in the garage so it wouldn’t be messed with at night. Would definitely stay here again!

总体来说，这次入住体验糟透了，除了Lori，她是唯一一个乐于助人的人。
我晚上11点才到，长途飞行后，却被晾在门口。好不容易进去问原因，那人居然说“你想让我取消你的预订吗？”——晚上11点了，真的假的？
第二天我把衣服送去干洗，因为有个重要的会议要用。当天结束的时候我去取衣服，还是那个人，他说“哎呀，衣服还在这儿呢”。根本没送，还想把责任推到我身上。
除了Lori，其他员工都给人一种不友好、漫不经心、不专业的感觉。这绝对是我住过的最糟糕的酒店之一。
一楼楼下又热又潮。地下停车场每晚收费25美元。我们拿到钥匙的第一间房还很脏，像是上次客人留下的，而且我们拍了照片。拿到钥匙的第二间房虽然在同一层，但要走更远的路——酒店说是升级房，但房间的景观却是后巷——真是糟糕的“升级”，如果所有升级房都这样，那还是算了。员工还可以，晚餐不错，我们的服务员Cece尤其出色——这也是我给两星而不是一星的原因。
首先，电子钥匙打不开，这倒没什么大不了的，但空调要么坏了，要么制冷效果很差。大堂里大概有85华氏度（约29摄氏度）甚至更高，让人难以忍受，根本没法好好吃饭或喝酒。房间里的空调最多也就把温度降到80华氏度（约27摄氏度）。进房间的时候，我们在水槽里发现了一只巨大的蟑螂，不过之后就没再看到其他的了。总而言之，在凤凰城这么热的天气里没有空调可不是什么好事。
非常棒的酒店，屋顶也很棒。我们非常享受在 Canopy 酒店的住宿。酒店非常干净，装修也很雅致。泳池和屋顶非常宜人，尤其是在晚上。唯一的缺点是停车费相对较高（25 美元）。此外，考虑到酒店的高标准和我们套房的价格，我觉得打印登机牌的费用很不合理。
