Room is clean but the staff at the check were rude and unaccommodating. I had to ask them multiple times to speak up so I could hear them. There is a fountain in the lobby and all I could hear was water. Experia claims to provide "total price" but when I arrived, they immediately asked for a $40 deposit for "incidentals". I explained I needed nothing but the room. It didn't matter they still had to bill me another for what I have no idea. No Manager onsite.

This is a standard procedure at our property and most hotels, as it covers potential incidental charges during the stay. Quiet hotel. Safe parking. Sheets are only 3-star. Great shower. Great cook-to-order breakfast. Lousy selection of breakfast fruit. Average quality buffet breakfast.

The room was at the very end of a long hallway. Handicapped rooms should be assigned nearer the elevator bank. The staff and food was fine.

Hotel was excellent with the exception of the air condition going out the first night it was a 95 day they fixed it the next day but was a horrible sleeping night other than that the hotel was fantastic
