Reserved and paid for 1 King Bed room. The room we got at check-in had 2 queens and was at the end of a hallway on 2nd floor, so we just kept it. Very small fridge with no freezer section. No microwave in room. No coffee in room. Bath and shower were just okay.

There’s a reading light only on one side of the bed; why not a light on each side of the bed?
The breakfast was mostly empty at 8:15 am, and was supposed to be served until 9 am.
The elevators were out of service the morning we checked out. Very inconvenient for people not staying on the 1st floor.
Staff were unfriendly, they never greeted us nor any other guests entering the lobby the entire time of our stay. A simple “hello” would be nice.
The location is convenient.
The furnishings are very paired down, one of the reasons we chose this hotel, because we travel with a cat and there are fewer places for him to hide. However, all the other negatives will make us rethink this decision and it’s unlikely we’ll stay here again.

这次入住体验很棒,酒店干净整洁,设施也符合Tru酒店一贯的风格。入住办理稍微有点慢,因为我们晚上8点半才找到工作人员办理入住。早餐也略逊一筹,跟我们住过的其他Tru酒店相比略有差距。总的来说,我还会再次入住。
冷气不冷,刚进房间的时候温度超过85F, 降温速度很慢,空调常常自己停下来,除了这个,其他都很好,还有撞球可以玩
高速公路噪音很大。床和枕头都很糟糕。我三次要求加枕头,最后我外出回来时才发现枕头放在前台。枕头没有枕套,我只好自己拿回房间。房间里的家具让我想起一个13岁男孩的卧室。我们是为了参加热气球节才住的,酒店给我们提供了零食,这点很棒。
酒店整体比较暖和。房间的空调不太给力。我们只住了一晚,觉得没必要要求换房。酒店气味不好,有一股很重的霉味。以后不会再来了。早餐和咖啡也不怎么样。
入住体验很糟糕。前台让我们等了一会儿,她自己却在电脑上忙活。淋浴间很脏。没有热水供应非常不方便。这是我们第一次入住Tru酒店,也是最后一次。
床垫硬得像石头一样,整晚都能听到25号州际公路上的交通噪音,淋浴喷头的水到处乱喷。
我到了那里,却发现没有我的房间。周围的酒店都订满了。我只好睡在卡车休息站的车里。
