They cancelled my reservation the day I was checking in. They tried to put me up at a nearby hilton, which was significantly cheaper than what I was going to pay here, with no intention of refunding me the difference.

Whatever you’re telling those front desk receptionist to make them keep such positive attitudes keep it up! They were very polite and personable. The room was nice as well but customer service goes a long way.

The staff and lobby was nice. They offer breakfast and the rooms are spacious. However, sadly our room smelled like mold and the room was incredibly worn it. It looked like someone was living their long term and did not take care of it. The carpets were dirty, furniture was broken, AC unit machines were not functioning properly, and a few other things. The staff really tried to help but there were many other back up rooms available due to the holiday weekend. The room just felt dirty and unpleasant. Wouldn’t stay here again.

This was a wonderful stay! Customer service was impeccable and this is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. I highly recommend!
