Hotel website advertising Room 1 has having a Japanese soaking tub. This is no longer the case the tub was taken out quite some time ago and was replaced with a shower.

Friendly Hosts. Hallway,corridors and other places need painting. Breakfast included cooked options,bread for toast, cereals and fruit juices. No yogurts or fruit salad but fresh fruit available. Some sauces,in bottles not very 5star. Coffee a strange one being made in a teapot. The room was well appointed and very clean but not spotless. The bathroom did not get clean during the stay. The toilet brush holder was very dusty and unfortunately had not been checked,when the brush was removed from the holder soiled water was in the bottom of the holder. Little improvements needed but this B+B is worth a try.

Great stay overall!
Was a lovely stay overall, a couple cleanliness issues with the comforter on the bed having old hair on it but otherwise was a lovely kept room and hosts were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Paignton and an amazing location. I will be back soon!

Fast and pleasant check in with Dev. Free parking for a couple of cars, or there's car parks nearby, ranging from £5 to £10.
Stayed in room 6. Everything we needed, Yorkshire tea, a fridge, complimentary bottle of water, hairdryer etc. Also had a fan in there, which we didnt need to use, as you can open the bedroom and bathroom windows and get a lovely breeze through. The room's really quiet.
Would definitely stay again.

Bed,shower on suite, TV,access to wi-fi,dev was very attentive and a good breakfast to be had.a very nice place to stay and is central to Paignton .only stayed for a couple of days wish it was longer as the price was very reasonable.roll on next year if it's possible

Fantastic stay ideally placed for everything you need in Paignton! Lovely clean good sized bedroom with all that you need in it. Breakfast was superb a great selection and a tasty full cooked English served up. Well what can I say about the owner but what an extremely helpful and polite person, nothing was too much trouble and you were made to feel valued as a customer. I wouldn’t hesitate in booking here again

Came down to Paignton for a last minute get away. Wanted to find somewhere reasonably priced but close to beach and came across P&M. Was greeted with a warm welcome from Dev, he helped us find parking opposite the hotel. He apologised for not having any free parking which was beyond his control as the council have closed the car park. But offered the parking across the road for £5 per day. Which we could pay when settling up, however when we didn't have any cash on hand and we offered to pay by bank transfer Dev said not to worry which was much appreciated. Room was clean and well maintained with a fresh modern touch. Bed was super comfy and even though it's close to two late night bars there was minimal noise. He accommodated our early check out without hesitation. Overall was a very pleasant stay and will definitely book again :)

The location is great, very close to most of the things there are, great if you are going for a hike or a swim, yet very close to the city center. The service is wonderful!!! staff is very friendly and outgoing. I really enjoyed the breakfast that was searved, the room itself is also really good: very clean, with a very comfortable bed!

Lovely friendly proprietor. So helpful. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet and very clean. Close proximity to everything especially the Green. Would definitely recommend and return

Lovely room with a 4 poster bed. Very clean. Crisp white bedding. Convenient location with 2 onsite parking spaces. Would definitely come back.
