We had to get a different hotel because the environment was so unsafe and dirty. We didn’t even stay in the room at all.
After a long drive up, we got there around midnight and were placed in a room with no latch. It also reeked of cigarettes and we had a wedding the next day so we asked to change rooms. The woman at the front desk was very unfriendly but placed us in a different room, but this one didn't lock at all! The door was completely broken, and there was a giant gap where you could see in! We are two girls, traveling alone in a place we've never been. Of course we want to have our door at least lock! This is the bare minimum! A locking door. That is all I was looking for and they couldn't even give us that. Ridiculous. Spend your money elsewhere, or spend the little extra money for your safety

Staff was very nice. My door did not lock, other than the latch, and there was a gap between the top of the door and the door frame which led to some additional noise. I didn't notice until the morning...everything else is nice. Clean bed, room, and bathroom.

The building appears as though it’s sinking into the ground. The ice machine was broke, the vending machine took money without dispensing and the fire alarm was intermittently going off all night. Terrible.

Booked this hotel for a quick overnight and it was the cheapest we could find in the area. Front desk staff was very friendly and our room was extremely clean. The hotel itself is old and shows its age but the lobby/ lounge area has been updated and is nice.

I stayed 1 night for Binghamton University Homecoming. At first, I was skeptical about the stay before I made the purchase, because it’s rated a 3-Star hotel online, but I have to tell you that it’s more than a 3-star. I am going to rate it a 4+, because my King Size bedroom was so clean, and looked really nice. The air conditioner kept the room cool. There are a bunch of stores for shopping all around and very good restaurant choices. You’ll love it!

Room updated except bathroom door handle old and loose. Near the elevator and heard doors slamming closed before going to bed but did not keep us up. It was a little tricky to find the hotel as it seems like you’re turning into a car wash driveway. We circled the block first and then finally found it. Would definitely stay here again.
