Room was clean and comfortable. Young lady Nora at front desk was wonderful - very friendly and beyond helpful.
But, typical of Tru - lack of storage space if you were to be there beyond a couple of days.

Disappointed
Hotel is short-staffed. Had to wait a long time to check-in because the front desk was empty. Room's floor was dirty. Could not sleep because the room curtains did not fully close. Lampposts shone straight on our faces. Last night at the room, the curtain opened even more on its own, in the middle of the night. The motor did not work at all and they could not be manually closed.

Very kid friendly in lobby very clean rooms were clean and beds were so comfortable recommend if traveling with children.

Found used ear plugs with wax on them in the bed under cover took two wash floor was black after cloth was washed on the floor also..desk manager saw the filth on wash cloths..also she's drunk like body odor ..pillow covers and sheet were badly wrinkled indicating not washed in a while..gave some evidence to manager dawn..after fifty years at Hilton this was third world..So sad also found small black bug eggs not sure on that..
