We were checking in very early in the morning after an entire day of traveling and it took 20 minutes before somebody showed up to get us to our room. We thought we would end up having to sleep on the couch in the lobby.

This hotel offers the bare minimum. The rooms are dated, dark to hide the dirt and with no amenities. They don’t have rollaway beds if you are traveling with children. They don’t have extra pillows if you need them. The air conditioning can malfunction. It was just very poor for the price of over $200 a night in an area that has nothing to offer.

酒店回复: Hello Claudia thank you for your review. but to start with our rooms are very clean we hide nothing at all we do not offer rollaways because they will not fit in the rooms which would be a danger to the guest if you had a problem with the air conditioning you should have brought it to the attention of the front desk and we would have been more then willing to change you to another room.

Did not like the bathroom, restaurant was poor, only open for breakfast. Great, easy parking.

The location of the hotel is good. Right near the highway. For a place built in the 40's irmts in very good condition but doesnt offer what most newer hotels have.

Stay was great. Clean, well maintained and well decorated. There was no hot water for shower in the morning but the staff did everything to make it right. Excellent service. Thank you

The refrigerator didn’t work, so we had to keep our cold items in our cooler by getting ice from their ice machines.

这家酒店性价比很高，虽然离市中心有点远。房间很大，也很干净。他们有个小型健身房，还为客人提供免费咖啡和水。不过我没机会尝早餐。
员工对客人的态度有待改善。前台有个小伙子，连基本的礼仪都不懂（至少应该跟客人打声招呼吧）。
就在高速公路旁边，汉诺威市中心停车库每小时2美元。
