This hotel provided an extremely disappointing experience — please choose with caution.
I originally expected a comfortable and reliable stay from an international hotel brand, especially considering that this hotel is relatively expensive for the area. Unfortunately, the reality was far from acceptable, with multiple serious issues that greatly affected my stay:
1.Outdated and damp room conditions. The room smelled strongly of mold, and the bathroom drain was clogged, causing extremely slow drainage and making showering very uncomfortable.
2.Severe noise disturbance. The hotel is located near bars and entertainment venues that play very loud music late into the night, often past 1:00 AM. The rooms have virtually no sound insulation — it felt as if the noise was coming directly from the street, making sleep impossible.
3.Lack of communication and service. I asked OTA to contact the hotel on my behalf to inquire about a free shuttle service, but the hotel never responded.
4.Poorly managed breakfast service. Breakfast is officially listed as available until 10:00 AM, yet when I arrived at 9:50 AM, I was told it had already ended. Moreover, breakfast is not a buffet but a fixed set meal, which makes the early closure even more unreasonable and reflects poor management and unprofessional service standards.

这家酒店十分糟糕，请大家谨慎选择！本以为国际品牌连锁酒店能提供更加舒适的住宿体验，而且这家酒店在当地算很贵的了，但是事与愿违，太多问题：
1.房间设施陈旧，并且非常潮湿，有发霉的味道，洗澡排水口堵了，下水非常缓慢。
2.酒店临近酒吧、娱乐设施，他们会播放很响的音乐到深夜（凌晨1点以后），房间完全不隔音，像是在外面街上一样，巨响的噪音让人无法入睡。
3.委托携程向酒店咨询免费班车服务，酒店居然不回复。
4.早餐时间到10:00，9:50去吃被告知早餐已经结束了。这家酒店的早餐并非自助，而是一客一个套餐，在这种情况下不知道为何早餐会提早结束，唯一能令人信服的理由就是员工太懒。

前台服务非常友好和乐于助人。房间一般般，闻起来有股香精味。我投诉后，他们放了一台空气净化器，之后就没什么问题了。桌上放着一个烧水壶，但没有杯子，也没有咖啡或茶。浴室里只有三块香皂和几小袋洗发水。考虑到这个价格以及华美达温德姆这个品牌，我期待能有更舒适的体验。床很舒服，但只有一个床头灯。
工作人员非常友好和乐于助人。他们为造成的不便向我道歉。
位置在岛上，设施太老了，环境现在来说只能一般
服务差，安排在装修，气味难闻，也没有提前告知或者安排其他房间，反馈了之后也没有相应的措施，一副无所谓的态度；房间里面淋浴处下水道堵塞，需要一晚上才能清干；无挂衣服的地方。等等等等，不建议入住。
尽管我就是冲着健身房才预订的，但它竟然没开。泳池很不错，早餐也很好。不过房门看起来有点脆弱。
酒店地理位置优越，岛上所有员工都很友善热情。酒店也很干净。
我们很喜欢这家酒店，每次都预订这里。它离弗洛雷斯的所有景点都很近，位置超棒。

位置不错，但早餐等了一个多小时，尽管我们说了我们很赶时间，而且当时只有几位客人。我们房间门上的插销锁坏了。我们一开始觉得用链条锁也行，直到有一天晚上有人试图闯入我们的房间，真是吓人。主泳池关闭了，而且气味难闻。房间也很脏。
