在巴厘岛转机,所以选择离机场近的酒店🏨
当地人很认可的五星,我在泗水的司机一路一直都在说我们巴厘岛住的酒店很好啥的,其实我们泗水住的那些酒店也挺好的,但他们心里这个酒店可能比国际品牌的五星更五星🤣餐厅主要有一个海边的,还有一个在酒店入口区域,设施蛮新的。
卫生:床边地毯上有看到一根金色短头发,但他在地上,而且我只睡一晚,所以我也没折腾了。
环境:作为一个离机场只有2公里多的酒店,并且拥有直达沙滩,并且酒店设计既融入印尼风格和元素,又保留现代和摩登,我觉得非常可以了!
服务:整体动作有一点慢,前台给了护照之后还等老半天,不知道在等啥,然后餐厅我们去的时候比较晚,last order之后只有一位员工在服务但我们也是仅有的一桌客人的情况下,厨房做好的菜竟然放在那里大概有5-10分钟,等到我们问他那个菜是不是我们的他才反应过来菜做好了。
这是一家很棒的酒店,服务周到,早餐丰盛,鸡尾酒也很美味(感谢Dina女士!)。工作人员都很可爱,而且退房后还可以继续使用酒店设施,这真是太棒了。这会是我在巴厘岛住过的酒店中最喜欢的一家。不过,也有一个小小的缺点:我们的房间直到下午5点才准备好(原定是下午3点),而且等待期间工作人员没有任何沟通。前台接待员似乎也没有特别抱歉,这多少影响了我们入住的心情。虽然酒店允许我们第二天延迟退房一小时,但这并不能完全弥补入住时浪费的时间。对于这种档次的酒店来说,这是不可接受的(我这辈子第一次遇到要等到下午5点才能入住房间,而且酒店没有提供任何解决方案!)。总的来说,这是一次非常棒的住宿体验,环境安静舒适。
这是我第二次入住这家酒店,它依然是个很棒的选择。酒店地理位置优越,离机场很近,去库塔海滩也很方便,走路就能到海滩购物中心,这是它的一大亮点。可惜的是,我们没能再次预订到水疗,因为太受欢迎了,下次有空位要等到一周以后了。不过,早餐一如既往地美味,种类也很丰富。
离机场很近。如果你在巴厘岛只是过夜中转到其他地方,这里会是一个不错的选择。食物很好吃,员工也很友好。
唯一让我不太满意的是酒店非常潮湿,被子和枕头摸起来都湿湿的,感觉不太理想。
住过很多次了,别墅酒店唯一不好的地方就是被子太潮湿了,第二天跟前台服务说了换不潮湿的被子,结果还是一样的潮湿,因为带着老人和婴儿就凑活着连续住了四天。拖鞋滑,其中一人在沐浴时候还滑倒摔伤了腿。另外退押金延迟,费了很多时间跟银行与携程客服与酒店多次沟通才解决。
这是一家非常棒的酒店,离巴厘岛机场很近,方便我们轻松结束旅程。尽管房间数量不少,但酒店布局合理,绿意盎然,拥有几个漂亮的泳池,并可直通海滩(日落时分美不胜收)。
我们没有在酒店餐厅吃午餐或晚餐,但自助早餐非常丰盛,美味极了!
24年蜜月旅行时来过巴厘岛安巴亚度假村,25年夏天又来这里度假了。
虽然不是那种华丽的新式度假村,但这里泳池干净,员工服务好,度假村的活动项目也很棒,感觉是一家有底蕴的度假村。
今年很幸运地参加了小海龟放生项目,还参加了独立日的一些活动,得到了安巴亚的纪念品。
如果你正在库塔寻找不错的住宿,强烈推荐安巴亚!
因为靠近机场,所以在这里住了一晚,算是中途停留。房间在一楼,有很重的霉味,而且正对着后面的墙,所以蚊子很多。预订的时候订的是带海景阳台的房间,但实际没有住到。早餐不错,员工也很友好。酒店后面照片里的海滩区域。
酒店不错,在库塔热闹区域,不喜欢热闹的不要来,周围很多酒吧、吃饭的、步行800米到discover shopping center,再1.5公里到beachwalk center,蛮方便的,周边很热闹、酒店外有自己的沙滩,酒店服务人员尤其是前台人员区分中国人和外国人态度不一样。幸好我碰到了一个在北京酒店工作过的人员,聊了一些中国的事情,
我们对这次酒店住宿非常满意!酒店的氛围和风格都太棒了,让我们感觉既舒适又充满活力。早餐种类丰富,味道也很美味,房间时尚、现代又非常舒适。唯一的缺点是,有很多印度客人,晚上有时会有点吵,但除此之外,一切都很完美。
我们衷心感谢全体员工的热情款待和优质服务。这次经历令人难忘,我们真的非常感激!
