When we arrived we were put on the second floor. When we got into the room there was animal hair and stains on the bed (sheets, pillows and comforter), there was hair in sink and all over the toilet, and the coffee cups had lipstick marks on them. To top it all off, there was no microwave and the mini fridge didn’t work.
We went downstairs and asked to be moved, the gentleman at the counter was like a deer in headlights, we didn’t receive an apology nor did he show any remorse for the state of the room. Our second room was downstairs, it was okay but the mini fridge still did not work, the couch and chair in there were stain city and the AC unit was broken so it was constantly running.
Not the safest location either. Would not stay here again.

everything was fine except for the staff when I made a wrong reservation online for the wrong day on accident and I didn't get to stay they came in and asked to help me out with my room help me moving out and they actually took two bags from me and they either threw him away or kept them I don't know but that wasn't nice and it wasn't it pleasant experience and older probably 45 to 55 years old not sure of her name it was a really weird experience to have somebody come in there and adult that work there and take a couple of your bags out with stuff in it that you needed just for making a wrong graduation on my it was funny it was supposed to be for the 7th through the 8th but I mistaken and thought that's what it said it wasn't so I don't know they got really upset and kicked me up and then they did that afterwards just because I did but I need glasses and I didn't have them so that's why I made a mistake okay okay

The room was unclean. When we could not get the door open, we had the night staff get it open for us. The non-smoking room smelled of smoke. There were hairs on the sheets. There were also what google lens identified as possible bed bugs on the sheets. Behind the bed, where we needed to plug in our phones had candy and trash. There was one rag for two adults. I would have left that night if it was not so late when I arrived (12am), and there had been available rooms in town.

The rooms we not clean at all including carpet, toilet, shower curtains, all counters and floor. The bath linens were old, worn out, dingy and rough.

The rooms are clean. The shower head works a little funky. We were excited to swim in the indoor pool and hot tub only to find out it’s not heated. So we didn’t swing because it was too cold.

我们入住时间过了一个小时才到，结果房间里没有毛巾、没有肥皂也没有洗发水。游泳池是关闭的，而且很脏，楼梯间和大堂区域也是一样。哦，我有没有提过，他们还得把床单换掉，因为上面有红色的污渍。我绝对不会再住这家酒店了，这是我住过最糟糕的酒店。
不想去那里。
