Air conditioner didn’t work and we didn’t discover this fact until after we fell asleep!! Woke up to the room 80 degrees!!!! Had to leave early for a flight so we just dealt with it. Went to check out and then complain but the man behind the counter just looked up at me from his seat in the corner of the front office and then went back to playing some game on his phone!!! Totally ignored that was there!!! I will NEVER use this hotel again!!!

1st room: both beds were not cleaned.
2nd room:1 bed had been used no towels no soap, fridge full of flies and not working. Stayed in the clean bed asked front desk for towels.
3rd room was ok.

I don't normally give a bad review maybe disappointment but this days inn and another one I found in the Lubbock TX area was ghetto. The smell of old building and mildew. Very questionable. These hotels owned by middle east Indians do not take care of their businesses. They fix things themselves or hire cheap labor. Dirty carpet, plumbing problems, roof and water damage. City should inspect for update codes and health inspection as well as fire inspection. Never again will I ever stay at these hotels.

Horrible experience , non smoking room smelled so much I couldn’t even sleep ,leaking roof ,got out of shower and half the room was flooded,never again .

Scary and Unsettling
The hotel could not issue keys so we could not leave w/o leaving the door open. The air conditioning did not work at all and there was no bath shampoo and conditioner. Carpet didn’t feel clean and it was overall an uneasy feeling staying in the room. I slept on top of the sheets

Don’t waste your money
This hotel should be condemned. They would only let us have one hotel key. No phone in room no ice bucket because there was no ice machine in the whole hotel. Our door would not shut completely and would not lock and they refused to remove us hot tub and pool broken, but advertise that they were working. Refused to refund any of our money.

It was noisy and in a sketchy part of town. We were in a pinch and there for an emergency, but for the most part you get what you pay for, so it was just somewhere to sleep for a couple hours. But we’d never stay here again and the smoke smell was terrible. The workers were great, but this place just isn’t the best
