I was on the road and needed an affordable place to stay for the night. The staff was friendly and my room was clean. Not a place I would vacation with the family, but great if you just need a room for the night. Thanks Barbara and staff.

The staff was very friendly and it was so convenient to be able to park directly in front of our room. The room was clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room showed a serious lack of cleanliness — the floors and bedding did not appear to have been properly cleaned or sanitized. After spending the night there, both my husband and I woke up with multiple bites on our feet and legs, suggesting the possible presence of bed bugs or insects in the room.
It’s unacceptable for a hotel under a recognized brand to maintain such poor hygiene standards. I do not recommend this place and hope management takes immediate action to improve cleanliness and pest control.

if we could have gotten a refund or there was the option of returning to driving, we would have done so. However, we were just too tired after driving eight hours. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed with in my entire traveling life!
Several of the reasons that we chose this hotel based on the information online do not exist. There is no breakfast of any kind, There is no microwave in the room. The ice machine in our building did not work and we had to drive to the other building to get ice. The desk recommended we not walk. The television has no instructions on how to operate it and we had to have the desk clerk come to explain it.

酒店回复: worst ever because we didn't have breakfast, no microwave, ice machine broke and tv was not programed. sorry but no we don't have breakfast, we don't have to have microwave in our rooms now and choose not to because of fire hazard. and yes our one ice machine was broke but the other building is right next to the other building, and all front desk had to do to tv is set it up and you could watch what ever you wanted?

Budget friendly hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and stocked with fresh towels. I didn't have any issues staying here. I'm a frequent flyer at this hotel and never have any problems.
