My mom is 83 yrs old and we didn't arrive at hotel in time to get ground floor room.
We stayed two nights and the hotel staff got us into a ground floor room second night.
Very nice staff.

I felt the pictures shown on-line of the room and hotel were deceptive. This is the worst Wyndham property I’ve ever stayed at. The room and facilities were run down and are in need of refurbishment, at least in some areas a paint job. Otherwise, ok for the price.

The stay was as what I went for just to have somewhere to lay my head. The room was clean. The only thing is that housekeeping didn’t come clean the room or give us fresh towels. It was not a five star hotel but at least a three star.

We didn’t like anything it wouldn’t have been so late we would’ve gone somewhere else… It was filthy… We slept in our clothes and our shoes… There were holes in the walls and filth on the floor and the furniture curtains etc. it stunk… Bathroom was unacceptable… There are people drinking on both sides of us in their rooms screaming yelling and fighting all night long… We end up leaving at 4 o’clock in the morning will not stay there again they should be condemned
