The hot tub was not working. It said it was not working on their official website, but it wasn’t on this website. Morning it was hard to get a good cup of coffee because the machine was broken so we had to go next-door to a gas station.

Great little motel in Glenwood, the warm breakfast items, sausage and eggs ran out by 7:30… other than that would stay again!

Rooms ok wall in pool was falling down. Hot tub was nice but supper low with water. Bed sheet dirty

Good breakfast. The room was a little small, but having a refrigerator and microwave in the room was a plus.

The rooms smelled mildewy, the AC didn’t work the best and the rooms were humid. The hot tub was colder than the pool. Also, check your cards after your stay- we paid for our rooms on the app and we got charged again after check out.

The hot tub wasn’t heated
Eggs and sausage were cold at 7A.M. almost like they just put the cold stuff In the pan and just let it heat up only apples for fruit
Squealing exhaust fan in room
All bedding had stains also the shower curtain
Rust on the outside of fridge door and frozen towel in the freezer
No staff at desk appears to be run by a family who spend all there time In The apartment and
you have to call whenever you need something including checking in our out
Rolled up rugs In The dinning area along with extra furniture
No coffee on sight no in room coffee either can only get coffee during breakfast hours
No clock
I could go on but in short worst place I have ever stayed

I have no complaints. The staff was nice and always had a smile, the breakfast had a good selection and nice area to eat, and the room was clean and up to date. I would stay there again!

Nice place to stay. Pool was a little cooler than I'm comfortable. Nice Hot tub. I wish the pool opening was earlier 10:00 am to 10:30 pm. Would like to do a morning swim but if I have to checkout at 11:00 am that makes it impossible...

One of the nicest motel 8's ive ever been to.. i give 5 stars out of laziness.. the staff fully deserves this ratings and owns up to it.. Great Job to all crew members
