Had a horrible experience at Shalimar Hotel. The service staff are extremely unprofessional — they lack basic manners and courtesy when dealing with guests. The attitude is dismissive, and they show no interest in helping with even the simplest requests. What stood out most was the behavior of the security/receptionist — an older man, likely in his late 50s, usually dressed in a white shirt and black pants. He was incredibly rude, lacked any sense of customer service, and spoke in a disrespectful tone. For someone who is the first point of contact at a hotel, his conduct was completely unacceptable. Overall, the place is poorly managed with zero regard for guest experience. I do not recommend this hotel for any reason.
