Good location in Saginaw. Really close to Bay city which is a cute town to visit. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

The breakfast was extensive and very good. My husband chatted up the chef and you could hear the pride in his voice talking about his food menu. Emily? I think, was very helpful and answered my questions with ease.

Great Place to Stay
Room was very large and clean. Ammenties in the room and in the hotel were great. The breakfast had a little bit for everyone (no meat beyond eggs - FYI). Staff was very friendly. Hotel was quiet, despite a large high school group being in the hotel.

酒店非常干净，设施也很新。前台服务人员热情周到，乐于助人。泳池水温略低，但并不影响使用。无障碍客房的浴室把手需要小修，但也不是什么大问题。总的来说，我和妹妹以及我们的两只狗狗（酒店绝对是宠物友好型酒店）在这里度过了非常愉快的时光。但最令人印象深刻的是负责早餐的那位厨师。他轻松自如地保证食物热气腾腾、新鲜可口、分量十足。他还帮助行动不便的妹妹取餐，并耐心细致地解答了她的所有问题。他理应受到表扬，但酒店全体员工也都值得赞扬。干得漂亮！
失望
我通常觉得Home2Suites是个不错的选择，之前也住过萨吉诺这家分店。但这次入住体验却很糟糕。凌晨3点03分，火警警报响了大概5秒钟，足以把我吵醒，之后就再也睡不着了。浴室里的肥皂盒外面很脏——是重复使用的吗？户外火坑旁边还有碎玻璃，第二天依然在那里，没有清理。最后，我们需要用额外的沙发床——结果发现额外的枕头和毯子竟然没有床单。总之，种种问题加在一起，让我这次入住体验非常糟糕。
如果您想睡个好觉，请带上耳塞
我们在这家酒店的住宿非常令人失望。乍一看，房间似乎还不错，但当我们打开行李时，很快就发现清洁并不是我们的首要任务。浴室的墙上溅满了牙膏（谁知道还有什么），淋浴墙上粘着两根头发，床边放着一颗糖果。沙发的两侧还塞满了垃圾。
床上用品是另一个问题。枕头凹凸不平，床单是超细纤维的，起球，有静电，而且热得让人不舒服——一点也不舒服。更糟糕的是，这栋楼几乎没有隔音设施。我们可以听到和感觉到楼上房间的每一个脚步声和抽屉关上的声音，那里的客人两个晚上都熬夜到凌晨 3 点左右。我们整晚都被惊醒。当我们联系前台时，他们建议我们换房间——但我们一家四口都没有空房。
此外，房间的前门底部有缝隙，没有密封条，走廊的光线和噪音会渗入房间。早餐不尽如人意，对于有饮食限制的人来说，选择有限。
唯一的优点是友好的员工，但不幸的是，他们的友善无法弥补我们遇到的许多问题。就价格而言，我们对清洁度、舒适度和隔音效果的期望更高。我们不会再住在这里，也不会推荐给其他人。
