Great location, vibrant decor and comfort. Parking was a bit tight but suitable. The hotel was very busy, with many people utilizing the common areas, but it is well-suited for visitors, with a pool table and lots of social areas. My request for adjoining rooms was fulfilled, making a family birthday event more functional. Breakfast was great, staff was very friendly, and the location is fabulous, with many experiences, shopping and dining nearby.

Room 208 No towels in room when first entered. One side of bedside light did not work, and shade did not work. Went to front desk and they gave me towels. Next day, they gave me a Coleman lantern to use for bedside light and shade still would not work. Last day breakfast - no milk. Other days they had chocolate milk, no white milk. Rethinking if we'll stay there again.

The only ptoblem I would say is there needs to be a microwave in the rooms and the air didnt get cold ...other thsn that it was good, my husband abd I will stay again It was nice and clean

The room we ended up with didnt have sheets on the bed right. (We couldn’t tell if the room had been serviced) the breakfast was minimum with help always blocking us from getting our food because “they” needed to do their work We were charged $50 fee that was suppose to be returned however we checked out Sunday and as of Tuesday we still didn’t get it back

I did this booking online and at some point my dates of booking were changed from 11//7-8 to 11/6-7. I did not notice that the dates were incorrect until the next morning when I read in my text feed that it was asking how my check in went. I tried to reach out through the chat to resolve the issue but never received a response. So the booking was incorrect and I never checked in due to the app changing the dates.

The bathroom sink was clogged. They told us upon checking in. The was no maintenance guy on shift. The blind fell down. Had to manually hand in partially. The was sticker notes on the wall sayings do not use plugs. The staff was really good and understanding.

The room was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a strong scent in the hotel which was a pleasant smell, but just very strong.
