Loved my stay. Very nice facility. Only complaint was they use disposable ice buckets which are located at the ice machines. There were none to be found when I went to get one. Front desk was out as well.

Loud AC unit
Really nice and affordable. Over all enjoyed the Hotel over all. The breakfast experience was something different.
However, One negative aspect can affect the whole experience and that for me was the air conditioner. The AC would not turn off thus making a constant noise that annoyed me even while sleeping throughout the night. I like quiet and the room was anything but quiet the whole time.

Amazing
The trip was a doctor’s appointment but I really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. The front desk clerk was so informative and very nice and helpful. I was impressed with not being able to hear walking and talking above and next to me. If in the area again, I will certainly be a guest.

The bed were okay but I wish the comforters were thicker. The breakfast were awesome! The pancake machine is entertaining and it makes fluffy mini pancake! My teens said, “if we are to visit this city again we should stay here because they have the pool table, gym and swimming pool!!! The staff were all friendly!

This was our first time at a Tru Hilton. This hotel was recommended to me by a friend. Things we didnt like: no coffee pot in the room, no clock in the room, no towel rack for hand towel in the bathroom, the a/c fan never cut off - even though we turned of the "constant" fan and it was very loud. The room was pretty small with alot of furniture. The breakfast was ok - absolutely nothing special. The eggs and sausage were cold and the pancake machine didnt work. Would we stay again? Probably not
