There was hair all over the bed, floor, and patio upon arrival. The towels were stained. The odor in the room was bad as well…

When I arrived to the property it looked like the hotel was closed. The lighting in the lobby area was dark and there was no one at the front desk. I walked over to see a small notes that said call this number to check in and had no answer, then called again to be told there is a problem happening in the building next door that all the employees had left the hotel which made me feel uncomfortable that they wouldn't disclose the issue. The man stated that he would be there in 20 minutes. After 20 minutes and not arriving i called again for the employee to show up 10 minutes later and kept changing the reasoning for the issue when we asked. First saying the building was going to blow up to that it was just a sewage issue and the rooms smell which made me not want to continue with my stay and cancel my reservation. Also when waiting i walked around the lobby to see that you could walk right back near the rooms which made me not like that there's zero security on the property. I think they scam people of their money since i never got a refund from them after being told i would get one since they wouldn't pick their phone up and wouldn't even communicate with the ******* reps.
