服务太差,早上八点保洁就开始敲门,告知后仍一小时一次,简直是骚扰。退房和前台抱怨,前台态度懈怠,漫不经心,旁边酒店很多,大家绕道吧!旅行二十天最差体验!
干净宽敞。
第二天继续入住,很快就住了一晚。房间干净宽敞。工作人员非常友好,知识渊博。没有任何问题。唯一遗憾的是早餐是鸡蛋粉。不过,考虑到鸡蛋短缺,这也可以理解。离开前我还是吃了一顿不错的饭。
我们下午3点到达酒店,入住时间刚好,房间还没准备好。我们决定去吃晚饭,让工作人员打扫房间。4点半我们回来时,房间仍然没有空余,我们又等了30分钟才有空余房间。我们到达房间时,发现服务台上散落着面包屑和食物残渣,地板上也散落着食物。我们告诉了前台,并给他们看了照片,以为我们离开后会有人来处理。那天晚上晚些时候我们回到房间,发现并没有人打扫。第二天早上,我们又给前台看了房间照片,表达了我们的失望。如果我们是希尔顿会员,他们还可以给我们加分。
这家酒店令人非常满意。早餐很棒,每次入住,工作人员都很友好。我们的特大床套房宽敞安静。我们很喜欢这里的泳池、热水浴缸、空调,而且靠近城镇/活动场所。绝对会再次入住。
我们很喜欢犹他州的奥格登。Home2 Suites 地理位置优越,四处走走看看周边环境也很不错。非常干净安全。我们一定会再来的。
