家庭套间蛮好的
怪异的地方
这地方真是怪。我第二次住在这里了——一月份出差的时候,一切都很好,只是有点单调。这次就很奇怪了。我住了10天,房间只打扫过一次。
没有换床单,什么都没有。我打电话叫楼下,因为我需要毛巾,他们非常乐于助人。每个人都把垃圾扔在走廊里,因为显然没人收。
我房间打扫的那天,客房服务人员把洗洁精放进洗碗机,结果泡沫喷得到处都是。
我觉得这里人手不足,员工也缺乏培训。员工们都很友好、礼貌、友善。但好像没人知道到底发生了什么。
早餐或任何餐饮服务(仅限周三)的时候,突然来了一群不住在酒店的人。
就像我说的——怪怪的。我需要一个带厨房的地方,而这里就有(虽然我只有一把叉子)。但我不会再住这里,也不会推荐。
酒店看起来比较新,可惜房间里的灯光真的很暗,尤其是浴室。而且唯一的镜子就在浴室里,早上多人出门准备洗漱很不方便。早餐不错,而且有很多座位,适合大家庭。泳池肯定没有加热,又冷又脏。可惜也没有热水浴缸。
免费早餐供应时间为早上 6 点至 9 点,我们 8 点半到的,什么都没有,我的意思是什么都没有剩下,问工作人员,非常粗鲁,只告诉你没有食物
房间厨房没有叉子。要了三次,都没拿到。卫生纸架从墙上掉下来了。马桶座圈也掉了。卧室空调坏了。很快就修好了!早餐热食又冷又少。早餐工作人员脾气暴躁。
房间电视坏了。宣传电动汽车充电,却允许非电动汽车停在充电位。所有停车位都被非电动汽车占用了。工作人员粗鲁无礼。唯一的回应是“哦,好吧,没办法了”。充电位明天应该会开放,我们可以留个言,明天找个时间检查一下电视。好吧,我明天早上就走了。谢天谢地!
希尔顿酒店一如既往地优秀,房间条件、大堂早餐供应、周边停车位以及前台服务人员都一流。
不得不缩短入住时间,现场经理Jeremy Tratner根据我的原始预订进行了周密的安排,让我们受益匪浅!
多年来,我住过该地区的多家酒店,这家绝对是最好的!
为了我儿子的足球锦标赛,工作人员很友好。地方很干净。烧烤区很棒,非常安静。总的来说,这是一次很棒的体验,值得推荐给任何人。
早餐还有待改进
唯一的问题是,我们在关门前一小时去的时候,早餐的几样菜已经吃完了。没有燕麦片、薯饼和法式吐司,而且在我们待在餐厅的35分钟里,这些都没有补货。要是能有培根就好了。😉
位置不错,适合我们去六旗魔术山,有充足的免费停车位。房间很宽敞,但沙发床垫很薄,不太适合睡觉。十几岁的儿子只能睡在沙发垫上,但效果不太理想。房间里弥漫着浓重的****气味,我们提出后,前台主动提出喷洒空气清新剂。早餐不错,种类丰富,但最好早点到,因为有些食物已经卖完了,而且没有补货。
