住宿体验愉快
2025年8月2日至4日，我们作为万豪旅享家会员入住这家酒店两晚，此前曾两次入住体验极佳。然而，令我们震惊的是，此次入住体验却非常糟糕。房间的空调完全无法使用，尽管我们三次向前台和客房部反映，问题仍未得到妥善解决，让我们感到非常不适。此外，房间里的咖啡包已经过期，生产日期显示为2023年8月。万豪旗下的酒店竟然如此忽视客人的舒适度和服务响应速度，实在令人失望。这家酒店唯一值得称道的是餐饮部的员工，他们热情周到，服务周到，包括厨师Pratap、Dilwer、Sheetal、Nisha、Aryan、Sonali和Deepu，他们在我们用餐期间都给予了我们热情服务。客房部只有Krishna态度比较积极。
住宿环境极其舒适，工作人员细心周到、敬业、友好，注重细节。酒店的每个角落都维护得完美无缺，设计精良。泳池美得令人心旷神怡。我们很高兴能入住这里，尤其要感谢那些尽心尽力照顾我们客人的员工，例如Dilwer、Jyoti、Surajpal和Om等等。Noemí和Blanca对他们感激不尽！
