The people who work there were wonderful. From lending me an apple watch charger, providing great breakfasts, and excellent room service, the staff is top notch.

Immaculate room, wonderful staff and a great warm breakfast. I also appreciate the fact that checkout was noon instead of the usual 11am at so many other hotels.

Hotel was fine. New and seemingly clean, nice property. However, they charge you for parking, which seems unreasonable. Nowhere was it made clear that there would be a charge for parking. Neither from ******* when booking the room, nor from the property itself when checking in. I do not appreciate not only having to pay for parking, but not being made aware of charges. Not sure if I would book here again based solely on that fact.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. You need to change your beds more often. This bed gave both of us backaches that we are still dealing with two days later. We left early so we didn’t need to sleep in the bed. You should be reimbursing us our second night that we didn’t stay because it’s the property’s fault that you don’t check or flip mattresses enough. We will never stay at your hotel again.

Everything was good. Pool is small and no hot tub. BUT seemingly a small thing -but only the mirror in the bathroom. No full length or other mirror in the room. In the bathroom the toilet should have a door to it so 2 people can use the bathroom at the same time.

Check in staff seemed to be more into their cellphone than helping customers. Also did not explain parking, I had to ask in order to get information. They say there’s a charge for parking, but no car info was taken

It was clean, however, grout on the bathroom floor was starting to crack and come up. The air conditioner vents looked like it had seen better days with its cracked vent.

Other than that, it was clean. Okay for just a place to sleep.
