Had an early flight out of GRR over Thanksgiving, during a very typical winter storm the night before. Drove down to stay the evening to not have to make the two hour drive in bad weather, and was extremely surprised and impressed at our stay. This property is super clean, quiet, easily accessible and comfortable. The front desk was wonderful and very helpful. 10/10 stay, and would pick this hotel over all of the others in the area if we need to stay before or after a flight again.

Parking was easy and secure, staff were very polite and helpful. The overall hotel amenities were excellent, including a very good breakfast buffet. This was my first experience with TownPlace Suites, but I will be looking for them on any upcoming business trips.

Room smelled like smoke, even though it is supposed to be a non smoking room. There are NO services nearby (food, shops…) and the hotel has no food available
