The hotel itself is lovely. Very nice amenities, bar, restaurant and pool. However , we were disappointed in our room. It was difficult to find places to store items and clothes. There was only a small place to hang clothes and little counter spaces other than the sink vanity. It was really one big room with a partial wall dividing the bed from the shower and sink. The only door was for the toilet. There was an iron and no ironing board . We were there for a wedding and needed to iron a few items that wrinkled in our garment bag. Also, there were limited places to charge devices.

Love this aloft, great bar!
Hotel is in a perfect location where it’s not busy, but easy on and off highway. The bar here is awesome with great bourbon selections and rooms are always clean.

My room was not cleaned hair in the shower piss all over toilet. There was no conditioner or body wash. Floor was dirty

Amazing staff!
My aunt and I stayed a few days for a funeral. The trip was already hard on us, but Shenetra and David made us feel right at home. They were absolutely amazing and helped us immensely. Because of them we will definitely be staying here again if we come to town. Thank you both again!!

1. Maid service was poor.
2. Sink drain did not drain.
3. Maid left our room door ajar after emptying trash-never even got an apology.
4. Maid did not replenish toilet paper or Kleenex, did not make beds, etc.
5. The female bartender was fantastic.
We most likely would never stay at an Aloft property again. Complained to the front desk who took my information and sai the manager would call me (Saturday afternoon). It is now almost noon on Monday and no call has been made. I would choose another hotel.

Unpleasant stay
The room rug was disgusting. Looked like dried blood on it. I called to ask for towels because I had a pet in my room and they were never brought up. My car was vandalized while in the hotel parking lot. I will never stay at this hotel again.
