Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were welcoming and friendly. WiFi however was very slow.

I understood when I checked in that housekeeping would only come every other day, but we did not have any room service that I saw for our room during our visit. I was there for my son’s wedding along with several other family members, and I expected to have service for towels and cleanup.

Room we were in 130 needed some repair. Air unit made considerable noise. Also a gap on one side of the door that needs to be filled in.

Had to wait 40 min to check in. 2 staff working. One was saying our ******* c card was not on file. The other demanded I pay direct with my c card to the hotel. I called ******* while waiting and after 5 minutes on the phone the issue was resolved (after waiting 40 minutes after 11pm). Then we were told there were no keys for our room as the system was out. They committed to keys under the door. We couldn’t all leave the room early am to leave and come back because none of us had a key. In the am the front desk finally got us a key 20 minutes before we had to leave. One of the front desk clerks at night was argumentative and not polite to a Marriott Silver Elite member. The other front desk clerk was the one who made us wait and wait and wait saying she didn’t see the payment from *******. Never called them, nothing. Will not be back. Entirely unacceptable customer service.
