Staff were friendly, hotel was fine. Disappointed that the usb ports on the clock on nightstand did not work and they was no outlet there to plugin phone. Also the TV had an issue that we were able to finally fix. Outside of those issues, our stay was fine.

It was nice but closets could be reconfigured to hang clothes longer than a shirt. Very clean and great staff. Standard for Fairfield - not a 5 star hotel but provides value for the dollar.

Very nice hotel
The pool looked inviting but i never got the chance to swim. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff were all very friendly. My only complaint is the bed was pretty hard and the pillows were not very good. Overall I would stay here again!

Great hotel in Bardstown, KY
The hotel itself was very nice and I’d recommend overall. My only issue was that the pillows were not very soft and the bathroom wasn’t stocked (only 2 towels for 2a,2k - no conditioner, one roll of TP, and no liners for any of the garbage cans). The breakfast was lovely, the pool was nice and the staff friendly.

Room above was loud
The unit was nice, hiwevercthere was someone in the room above us who kept stomping across the floor from one side of the room to the other nearly all night. It was so loud we could not sleep, or kept getting awakened by the loud stomp-walk she was doing.
The hotel itself was great but that was a horrible night Ans I needed sleep because of a funeral. :(
