Beware! They charge $25 a day for parking! I saw no mention of that anywhere. I guess hotels are following the airlines where everything is a la carte. Never again!
The room was clean when move in. Staff did not clean or make bed. First night was in a different room due to HVAC problem. She did offer anything we need in the hallway. The staff at the desk was not very helpful. Tried to tack on parking fees. I had to call ******* customer service to help get in our oceanfront suite. He made it happen.
