Everything was great here, the staff fantastic. I just needed a microwave in the room. That was the only downside!

Room was tiny. found trash under bed. Bathroom wasn't stocked and some of the towels had holes in them. We had never tried Tru before and I can honestly say we won't again. It was disappointing. We never had housekeeping come and we were there for 4 nights. Overall just disappointing.

Very helpful front desk when locked myself out of my room. No pet this time but so appreciative of all Trus that are pet friendly.
