Room was nice. Staff did a good job. The noise from downtown was awful and the bright light shining in the room made it hard to sleep.

Everything was great except for the quality of the mattresses. We could feel the springs on a queen bed.

Room was great, my husband hate the pillows, he had to take the pillows off the couch to be able to sleep.
The air in the room seem like it wasn’t working correct, we had to turn the air down to 62 because we both woke up in sweat.

I have a couple of concerns. First Brittany was great Friday night for check in very wonderful customer service, now the rest the staff was ok. Housekeeping gave me a bath towel I won’t give to a homeless person and they left plates in the room from Saturday morning until I took them down today at check out. And the girl that work the front desk this morning Monday for check out HAD NO customer service. But overall it was a great stay…

The bed is the most comfortable man have ever slept on. It’s like floating on a cloud. I wanted to pull it behind my vehicle and take it home ha ha

The propert does not offer an option to use the stairs. Since we booked the room my family stayed at the hotel but since I dont do elevators I had to stay in a different location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Haywood. The building and amenities were great and clean; but what set this place apart from others was the staff and their consistent and warm customer service. Would definitely stay there again!
