This had to be one of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in! The carpets were very dirty and contained alot of debris where it seemed they had not been vacuumed. The ottoman in from of the sitting chair was filthy! Curtains were torn, tub had dead bugs in it, the spigot in the tub was practically falling off and anytime I wanted to go in or out it was a veritable wrestling match to just get the door open. I didn't adress this with the location because there seemed to be no management available. I also didn't make that effort because if the management truly cared about the comfort of your guest they would have never allowed a room to be offered in that inthat manner. I reached to the hotel management but all they said was that they would provide "feedback" to the location. I even offered to send pictures.thmareawi

Bar was ok, but they ran out of the whiskeys I liked. Staff was awesome though and really accommodating. I only got my room cleaned once the whole 2 week trip though. You have to pay for breakfast, and it’s made to order, not like a “go grab what you want” situation at other hotels

My family and I were on our way to San Antonio Texas and we stayed here to rest to jump on the road the next day. The room itself was amazing. It was clean and welcoming too. The staff were nice and friendly. What we can complain about is the noise. It’s really close to a highway and the noise entered through the door. The bathroom was clean, but it is small. Overall, it was a good place to rest.

Receptionist was a little bit rude the day we did the check-in. We asked if possible a room in the 1st floor, he denied availability. Later on we founded a bench of empty rooms on the 1st floor.

稍显老旧。但酒店里面很方便遛狗,周围很多grocery store。酒店地处高地,可以远眺墨西哥。清洁卫生不错。床垫非常舒服。枕头被子都很好
早餐是点餐制的,omelette,牛排和麦片粥很不错,含早餐的主食可任选一样,酒店房间也是别墅型,房型比较大。
酒店不错,但是实际现场酒店房费和携程收取的房费差价太大
房间需要一些维护,比如衣柜和浴室。前台接待员非常热情周到。早餐服务员态度冷淡,服务时似乎有些不耐烦。
