Staff is very nice. Property is a little outdated (very apparent in bathroom: tub/toilet), A/C kinda noisy along with the interested traffic beside the window. Bed was comfy. Good for the price.

Ok for a couple of days, room had a ceiling leak, we reported to the reception and nobody went to fix it, it rained two days back to back, one of our luggage got wet, overall

The staff is amazing. The lobby restaurant and pool area are beautiful. However, some updates are needed like install new snack and ice machines where the old ones used to be. Fix the water fountains so they do not look like glorified ash trays. Lay grass or new turf in place of the old worn out sun beaten turf. With improvements like these this place would be amazing.

Everything was Great. Staff was nice and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, the Dove brand shampoo/conditioner & hand soap was better than what other hotels offer. Breakfast had good options. Next time I'm in El Paso this will be where I stay. Thanks for everything.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the pool, Jacuzzi, gym, and breakfast. This was our third time staying at Holiday Inn Express. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel, wish I didn’t get the suit because we had to walk up the staircase to our bedroom lol… but other than that it was all a beautiful hotel to stay… loved the pathways it had… it was a nice romantic walk…

稍显老旧。但酒店里面很方便遛狗，周围很多grocery store。酒店地处高地，可以远眺墨西哥。清洁卫生不错。床垫非常舒服。枕头被子都很好
早餐是点餐制的，omelette，牛排和麦片粥很不错，含早餐的主食可任选一样，酒店房间也是别墅型，房型比较大。
酒店不错，但是实际现场酒店房费和携程收取的房费差价太大
