如果酒店有我通过********预订的空房，这次体验会更好。我预订了一间带折叠床的特大床单间，结果我们入住的特大床房里摆放着一张看起来像小双人沙发的东西。我和值班经理谈过了，她非常乐于助人，而且我看得出来这个问题经常发生。酒店应该更新********的房间信息，以免顾客遇到这种情况。如果您预订的是带折叠床的特大床单间，我建议您提前致电酒店，确认他们是否有空房。酒店本身设计精美，建筑的历史也令人叹为观止。
空调完全没法控制。要么是寒风凛冽，要么是热带微风。我联系了前台，得到的回复是：“很遗憾，就是这样。” 我同事住在不同楼层的另一个房间，也有同样的经历。
另外，淋浴间的角落里有几缕长长的头发，不是我的！
真可惜，因为这栋建筑看起来那么漂亮，但我们却度过了最糟糕的时光。清单上说有一台冰箱。但是它不能冷藏任何东西。前台人员说这是一个葡萄酒冷却器，我应该知道这一点。太粗鲁了。在外面玩了一整天回来，却看到客房服务留下的沾满血迹的床单。恶心！当我告诉他们时，他们没有回应、道歉或提供解决方案。他们只给了我们一家四口一条全尺寸的浴巾。第二天清洁服务也没来。我付了多少钱？！工作人员很生气，我们一直要冰块，因为没有东西可以让我们的饮料保持冰爽。在一个大城市最热的假期周末，住在一家不错的酒店，我们感觉像是在洞里露营。我们不得不买一个冷却器来装冰块，才能喝到冷水。别想在房间里放食物或零食了！酒店的餐厅应该提供客房服务。但周六，只有一名员工负责接单和送单，所以我和丈夫（等了20分钟后）亲自下楼点餐。我们等了一个小时才等到冷餐，最后只能把冷餐端上来给我们女儿和我们自己狼吞虎咽地吃。这真是太不方便了，也彻底打乱了我们的日程安排。我为那个被困在那个班次的人感到难过。人手严重短缺吗？唯一友善的是那些代客泊车的人，他们只是站在那里不停地抽烟，但至少他们还算有礼貌，并且会提供一些关于该地区的有用信息。更糟糕的是，这里已经没有空位了。
体验不佳
我认为整体体验本来可以更好。酒店地理位置优越——靠近市场广场、点州立公园和*****区，交通便利。然而，酒店本身的条件却低于预期。
入住第一天晚上，浴室的门就掉了，而且关不严。窗帘也坏了，根本挡不住清晨的阳光，影响了我的睡眠。此外，我洗澡时沐浴露用完了。停车也是个麻烦事，而且停车位有限。
酒店缺少一些基本设施。没有餐厅、游乐区和游泳池，甚至没有24小时供应咖啡、水或冰块——这些是我所期望的标准，尤其是在万豪傲途格精选酒店。
总的来说，我对这次入住体验非常失望。对于一个以万豪命名的品牌，我对它的质量、服务和设施的期望要高得多。
大学毕业后需要找个房间住一晚。房间比较小，但非常干净，浴室也很棒。这是我第二次入住，以后一定会再来的。
