The room was clean. The bed was comfy. All of the staff I met were great. Will definitely be back. Only stayed one night. Wish I would’ve been able to stay longer.

The location was great. Golf course was fantastic but the hotel needs a little TLC. It was clean and comfortable but a few things in the room just didn’t work as good as they should’ve.

One bedroom king suite was perfect for our 30 year anniversary. There is plenty to do and explore in the area and the food was good, especially the chicken quesadilla. The check in was great and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Very relaxing
The view is fantastic although I wish there was access to the lake. The restaurant and bar are convenient and not overpriced. The pool offered much needed relaxation.

我真的不知道自己为什么还要住这家酒店，大概是因为方便吧。但是，每次入住都会出问题，上次浴缸排水不畅，这次又没有热水。挂上温德姆的牌子也丝毫没有改变酒店的陈旧程度。我不会说以后再也不来了，但从今以后我会先看看别的地方。
非常不满意
酒店环境和大堂确实不错，员工也很友好热情。但是酒店急需翻新。走进酒店，大堂和电梯都很脏，踢脚板都腐烂了。我们走进房间，闻到一股霉味，地毯又旧又脏，窗帘也有污渍，瓷砖淋浴间的缝隙很脏，淋浴喷头坏了，我们不得不打电话叫维修人员来更换。
糟糕的客户服务
我们预订了一间配备两张大床的房间，但在办理入住时却被告知经理把我们换成了一张特大床。这发生在我们入住房间之后。我们不得不主动与度假村沟通，而且他们从未就换**宜提供任何补偿。不用说，睡沙发而不是床，这根本不是我付钱的目的。我不会推荐这家度假村，因为他们不会承认错误，也不会主动提出补救措施。
淋浴水压几乎为零，因为打开浴缸水龙头时，只有一半的水会流出来。空调噪音大得像火车随时要撞破墙壁一样。浴室的洗手池没有热水。窗帘是透明的，根本挡不住人行道灯的光线。这根本不是度假村，我住过的汽车旅馆价格只有这里的四分之一。我们在那里吃了晚饭，沙拉和汤竟然等了一个小时才上。孩子们在走廊里跑来跑去，一直到午夜12点，酒店工作人员从晚上10点就开始叫人，但他们始终没有过来制止。
首先，我得说我真应该听听之前的评论。这是我第一次入住这家酒店，这次是和家人一起来看职业钓鱼比赛的。刚到的时候，酒店外观确实很漂亮，但内部却截然不同，走廊令人不安。我们住在套房楼里，整个入住期间都没有热水。房间里的暖气一直开着，但温度始终达不到72华氏度（约22摄氏度）。我们在酒店餐厅用餐，食物很美味，但显然人手严重不足。我们在餐厅坐了20多分钟，听着服务员们不停地闲聊。最后我去了前台，工作人员不得不去看看情况，然后让我们去酒吧坐，酒吧在主用餐区的另一边。酒吧只有一个服务员，她已经尽力了，但还是忙不过来。我们五个人一共花了100多美元，而且菜品种类非常有限。除了景色和步道之外，我对这家酒店实在没什么好说的。
