Lack Compassion
It started stressful when I realized I had left my wallet at home. The manager was very patient and understanding. The guy after that shift was absolutely insensitive and not helpful at all. I get there are rules, but where is the compassion for people making mistakes. I pray he never has that situation happen to him. Got to the room and no air condition. Went to him and again insensitive. Lack professionalism. Horrible. He need to find a different job. Not hospitality. Except for him, the hotel is beautiful and very nice. Great location.

That is not the attitude I wish to convey with our front desk team, and is certainly not the standard we uphold at our property. 晚上太吵了，早餐时的服务也很差。
一切都超级好。只是早餐种类有限，品种少。选择很少，而且有些服务员不太友好，只有一个年轻人比较友好。
相当不错，推荐一下
不错。这个地方经过改造并且干净。工作人员非常友好和乐于助人。
唯一的问题是他们每 7 天进行一次全面清洁，周一至周五进行一次表面清洁（垃圾、整理床铺和干净毛巾），而不是周末。
位置很好，出了停车场就有一个加油站。
宠物友好，我不喜欢，因为我们的邻居养了一只狗，晚上经常吠叫。
新的健身房和洗衣房。洗衣是免费的，你只需带上肥皂即可。
早餐还算丰富，典型的美式早餐。厨房工作人员脾气很好，只有少数人不太高兴你要求他们清洁粘粘的桌子（有人在我们之前用过它）。
