great room - i lost my Rayban sunglasses and they promised to look for them

Good but could have been better
The location itself is fantastic, especially if you’re a Patriots fan. Unfortunately, my stay was overshadowed by losing an expensive necklace. While I recognize this wasn’t the staff’s fault, I was disappointed by how dismissive the response felt. Rather than showing concern or offering any sense of empathy, I was simply told they had my email on file and would contact me if it turned up. For a situation that was quite upsetting, I expected a bit more understanding and support.

Beware of loud music outside rooms
Would never stay here again. Put us in a room by the speakers outside which proceeded to play EXTREMELY loud music in patriot place right outside our room 233 until AFTER MIDNIGHT. Told the front desk, they did nothing. People above us pounding their feet each morning back and forth upstairs at 630 am. Zero maid service but yet they leave an envelope for tip in the room? Comical!

The noise outside our room 233 was absolutely ridiculous. Speakers blaring music by hotel rooms? They never should have people stay in that room. Leaking toilet upon arrival and loud stomping feet above us both mornings. The fact that the maid doesn’t come change towels or trash but they leave an envelope for a tip? We never saw her once. I wouldn’t return
