Nice new clean place. Great layout - easy access to parking, lobby and beach. Taking an elevator from the ground/parking level was a little odd but worked fine. No complaints

Breakfast was good, staff excellent with upkeep and helpful. Area near restaurants and shopping. Loved the boardwalk and the beach!!!
Surprised they made me pay for parking as a Gold member and off-season.

The staff throughout the hotel and throughout our one-day stay were all wonderful. I wrote about the wonderful ladies who helped me with my checkin to ensure my stay during my special day was perfect. Other staff continued the exceptional courtesy, wishing me well as we interacted for various reasons.
Additionally, the bathtub had a rough bottom that protected me from slipping. While I suspect this is meaningless to most, I slipped in a hotel tub when I was 3 months pregnant (the baby and me were fine) and 30 years later continue worrying about slipping again.

This Hampton Inn and Suites was the best place I’ve been to. Very clean, everyone was so friendly, breakfast was fabulous, room was awesome oceanfront. We will absolutely, definitely be back to this place.

Fresh quality breakfast options - eggs stayed warm ...which is often not true at many hotel breakfasts. Great location - walked out the back door and had the kite and drone show right in front of us. Helpful front desk as well.

Great area-Carolina Beach has greatly improved itself.The motel is very close to bars and restaurants.Good seafood too.

The location of the property was great. You will have to pay $10 a day for parking. The front desk staff are wonderful. I did not love the vocation of my room. I was put on the first floor by the pool and there was a lot of speaker directly outside my room that played throughout the day and until 10 PM. I also really wish that the pool was heated or at least they had a hot tub. There is very little to do in the off-season.
