Parking was easy, room was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok for a hotel breakfast. The juice both oj and apple was weak, tasted diluted.

This was the best Hotel stay I had in a while! From the check-in to the check-out process, it was seemless. The breakfast was and included a variety of food items. I can't remeber the last time I has a waffle for breakfast everyday.
The front desk staff was exrtemely helpful. I wanted the heat in my room a little higher because I was experienceing cold chills and they came up right away to change it. P.S. all the room are set to go no higher than 75. So if you are a cold turkey, ask and you shall recieve.
The room was spacious and very clean. I am the type of person to bring cleaning wipes with me. When i went to go use them, it was little to no dirt coming away form the surfaces. This hotel is extremely clean. The bedsheets were clean, airy and fresh smelling. The environment was quiet and I felt very safe being a solo traveler. Overall, I would recommend to anyone - 10/10/

The room and hotel were very clean. They had a good selection of hot and cold breakfast. It’s close to King’s Island, which was our destination. I will stay here again when visiting the area.

Everything was great but the room was on the small side. Was not a big deal to us since we were just there for a quick overnight but if you have multiple people like we did and were spending much time there ir with significant luggage it could be tight. We were in a standard queen. Other options might be different.

Easy checking and the room was spotless. The beds were comfortable. I had to go ask for a blanket sheet and pillow for the pull out couch but the front desk was friendly and gave it to me without issue.

Near kings Island.Food crumbs in drawer. Awkward unpleasant breakfast due to Staff arguing loudly stating to other coworkers how she was treated unfairly and disliked her job.this continued during our entire breakfast. Some guests took there breakfast to their rooms so they wouldn’t have to listen to her negative remarks.
我们在这里住得非常棒，一进门就有人热情地迎接。大堂非常干净。我们的房间已经准备好了，而且也打扫得很干净。床非常舒服。空调制冷效果很好，房间里很凉快。
酒店位置很好，附近有很多餐馆可供选择。我们没有抱怨过噪音问题。
我们很喜欢游泳池，泳池边还准备了额外的毛巾，这样我们游完泳出来就不必担心毛巾问题了。
如果你想找一个干净、友好的住宿地点，这里绝对是个不错的选择。
这家酒店干净舒适。不过早餐不好吃。没有培根或香肠来搭配鸡蛋。取而代之的是咸牛肉碎，非常难吃。百吉饼和华夫饼糖浆都卖光了。食物种类很少，味道也不好。
不错的酒店，房间也很宽敞。我会给 4 星（满分 5 星）。床很舒服，员工也很好。唯一的问题是枕头哈哈。它们有点扁平。但除此之外，我会再次入住这里。
我们一家人来参加我父亲的葬礼。工作人员非常热情，允许我们几乎占据了大厅参观。非常感谢！
